CONCERT is billed on a subscription basis. Each plan is charged annually or monthly depending on what you choose at checkout. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
Yes. You can change your plan whenever you need. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any prorated credits are automatically applied.
CONCERT does not offer refunds for partial billing cycles. If you cancel, your account stays active until the end of your paid period. For special circumstances, our support team can review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party providers. Your credit card details are encrypted and never stored on CONCERT’s servers.
